I studied child development, behavioral motivation, and leadership skills long before I had kids. I took everything I knew and put it into action—creating a system that wasn’t just about discipline, but about developing strong, capable leaders.
It wasn’t until September 2022 at Funnel Hacking Live, when I attended with my son Carson—who was 15 at the time, that everything changed.
